Doctor of Audiology

I was inspired to enter the field of audiology after meeting a girl with profound hearing loss when I was 16. I originally went for my Bachelor of Science in Special Education: Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and ultimately, through my coursework, discovered my love of the science behind treating and diagnosing hearing and balance disorders.
Professionally, I spent a year specializing in pediatric diagnostics, fittings and auditory brainstem response testing (newborn hearing testing). Bringing that skill set to Dubuque ENT offers a significant benefit to our young patients and their parents. I take pride in truly getting to know my patients and tailoring care to their unique needs.
At home, I have a wonderful husband, Tyler, three fun-loving kids and a golden retriever. I love Dubuque and look forward to living here for many years to come while raising my family in this great community.
